NCAA Softball Regionals 2025

Below is the 2025 NCAA Division I softball tournament bracket. There are 64 teams competing at 16 regional locations hoping to make it to super regionals.

Eight teams will compete for a chance to win the Women's College World Series in Oklahoma City.

  • Regionals - May 16 to 18

  • Super regionals - May 22 to 25

  • World Series - May 29 to June 5/6

The NCAA Women's College World Series (and the regional and super regional rounds leading up to it) uses a double-elimination format. This means teams have two chances to win their bracket, with a loss in the winners' bracket sending them to the losers' bracket. The final two teams then play a best-of-three series for the national championship.

In 2025, the NCAA softball run rule states that a game will end if one team is ahead by eight or more runs after five or more complete innings. This is indicated below with a (#) after the score.

All times Central. This section will be updated as the tournament progresses.
